    ACTION: Notice of meeting.

    SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App 2, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) announces a meeting of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, Education, and Economics Advisory Board.

    DATES: The National Agricultural Research, Extension, Education, and Economics Advisory Board will meet November 12-14, 2008. The public may file written comments before or up to two weeks after the meeting with the contact person.

    ACTION: Request for information.

    SUMMARY: The NIEHS Division of Extramural Research and Training (DERT) and the NTP are seeking input on a number of key research areas that have been identified in recent evaluations of bisphenol A (BPA). Information provided will be used to help focus future research and testing activities on BPA. This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a funding opportunity or grant program. The NIEHS and NTP welcome input from the lay public, environmental health researchers, healthcare professionals, educators, policy makers, industry, and others with an interest in BPA.

    ACTION: Notice.

    SUMMARY: As stipulated by the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is hereby giving notice that the National Biodefense Science Board (NBSB) will be holding a public meeting. The meeting is open to the public.

    DATES: The NBSB will hold a public meeting on November 18, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and on November 19, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
