NEON Project Office

September 2004. The National Ecological Observatory Network Project Office launched at AIBS Headquarters in Washington DC with funding through a cooperative agreement between the American Institute of Biological Sciences (AIBS) and the National Science Foundation. This grant superceded the IBRCS project (Infrastructure for Biology at Regional to Continental Scales) grant to AIBS. See www.neoninc.org for more information.
