SPARS wins US Fish and Wildlife Service Award

In the winter of 2009/2010, AIBS SPARS will organize and conduct an expert review to provide an objective, independent, scientific evaluation of the manuscript, "Review Of Captive-Reared Mallard Regulations On Shooting Preserves."
