AIBS Comments on Public Access to Scientific Publications

On 20 January 2010, the American Institute of Biological Sciences (AIBS) submitted official comments to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy regarding public access to scientific publications. The letter was in response to a request for public comments to guide the development of a new policy on public access to scientific literature resulting from federally funded research.
