  • Draft 2015 Marine Mammal Stock Assessment Reports

    ACTION: Notice; request for comments.


    SUMMARY: NMFS reviewed the Alaska, Atlantic, and Pacific regional marine mammal stock assessment reports (SARs) in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act. SARs for marine mammals in the Alaska, Atlantic, and Pacific regions were revised according to new information. NMFS solicits public comments on the draft 2015 SARs.

    DATES: Comments must be received by December 29, 2015.

    PURPOSE: The Advisory Committee to the Director, CDC, shall advise the Secretary, HHS, and the Director, CDC, on policy and broad strategies that will enable CDC to fulfill its mission of protecting health through health promotion, prevention, and preparedness.     Agenda: The committees will discuss the safety and efficacy of Biologics License Application (BLA) 125593, Mycobacterium phlei Cell wall-Nucleic Acid complex (MCNA), submitted by Telesta Therapeutics, Inc. The proposed indication (use) for this product is treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer at high risk of recurrence or progression in adult patients who failed prior Bacillus Calmette- Gu[eacute]rin (BCG) immunotherapy, e.g., in patients who are BCG- refractory or BCG-relapsing.

    FDA intends to make background material available to the public no later than 2 business days before the meeting.     SUMMARY: We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, announce a public meeting of the Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) Task Force, which consists of 13 Federal and 14 ex-officio members. The ANS Task Force's purpose is to develop and implement a program for U.S. waters to prevent introduction and dispersal of aquatic invasive species (AIS); to monitor, control, and study such species; and to disseminate related information.
