    SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted an information collection request (ICR), "BEACH Act Grants (Renewal)" (EPA ICR No. 2048.05, OMB Control No. 2040-0244) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). This is a proposed extension of the ICR which is currently approved through December 31, 2015. Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register (80 FR 61419) on October 13, 2015, during a 60-day comment period. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments. A fuller description of the ICR is given below, including its estimated burden and cost to the public. An Agency may not conduct or sponsor and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

    DATES: Additional comments must be submitted on or before January 27, 2016.

    SUMMARY: The EPA Science Advisory Board (SAB) Staff Office announces four public teleconferences of the SAB Hydraulic Fracturing Research Advisory Panel as part of the peer review of the EPA draft report, Assessment of the Potential Impacts of Hydraulic Fracturing for Oil and Gas on Drinking Water Resources, (May, 2015 External Review Draft, EPA/ 600/R-15/047).

    DATES: The public teleconferences will be held on the following dates: Monday, February 1, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time); Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time); Monday, March 7, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time); and Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).

    SUMMARY: This notice announces the public meeting of the Advisory Council on Alzheimer's Research, Care, and Services (Advisory Council). The Advisory Council on Alzheimer's Research, Care, and Services provides advice on how to prevent or reduce the burden of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias on people with the disease and their caregivers. During the January meeting, the Advisory Council will review the process for developing recommendations and developing the National Plan to Address Alzheimer's Disease, discuss updates to work on Goals 2 and 3 of the National Plan, and hear updates on a future summit on care.

    DATES: The meeting will be held on January 25, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT.
