AIBS is committed to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the biological sciences. To demonstrate our commitment, we will take intentional steps to assess our current programs as well as to develop and expand programs and policies that increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the biological sciences. Our 12-month plan focuses on actions that center on three of our core activities: assessment, training, and communication.
