Interested in updating your courses to introduce students to the "Big Questions" that relate to real-world issues such as energy, air and water quality, and climate change?

Join the National Association of Biology Teachers (NABT) on Thursday, March 21st for a one-hour webinar that will share strategies for connecting those real-world issues to the concepts of sustainability while still teaching your course content. This method will help students learn important biological concepts while providing them with opportunities to analyze and implement choices that can help solve societal problems.

To register for the webinar, go to: https://aacu.webex.com/aacu/onstage/g.php?t=a&d=662077895

The webinar is part of a project titled Sustainability Improves Student Learning, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Education. AIBS is a partner in the project along with NABT and a number of other science and education organizations.
